Our vision, mission and experts.

In 2022 Karolien started the Spot-on Customers. We see in the CX-market either consultancy firms advising on CX or independent experts working with companies. For a lot of organization we learned, there is a gap; easy and pragmatic working on customer experience in workshops.

 

Learning while working on the 'CX' job!

 

That's why I make CX-knowledge practical and direct useful for marketing and customer service professionals mainly in SME's with direct impact on and heart of customers.

 

This helps organisations starting their customer experience management. With a direct contribution to the strategic goals. We do this by creating hands-on CX workshop with materials that are easy to use and with the latest trends and insights on the CX discipline.
